Chinteng provides business support and professional coordination services, including company formation, trademark filing and monitoring, accounting, tax filing, payroll and ongoing compliance. We act as your service provider and coordinator; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. No professional advice

Content on this website is general information only and is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and does not create a professional-client relationship. Requirements, rates and timelines change and depend on your specific circumstances. Always confirm current requirements in writing before acting.

3. Engagement & scope

Services begin once we agree a scope and price in writing (an engagement letter, proposal or invoice). Each engagement sets out deliverables, fees, timelines, and the client's responsibilities. Anything outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

4. Quotes, fees & payment

Published prices are indicative "from" prices, not final quotes.
Final fees depend on city, industry, company type, shareholder structure and add-ons (address, import/export, employees, licences).
Government and third-party fees are separate and passed through at cost.
Fees are payable according to the agreed schedule; recurring services are billed monthly or annually.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents in a timely manner, to keep us informed of changes, and to meet your own legal and tax obligations. Delays caused by missing, incorrect or late information may affect timelines and fees.

6. Timelines & third parties

Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates. Many steps depend on government authorities, banks and other third parties that we do not control. We are not liable for delays or decisions made by these third parties.

7. Trademark services

We prepare and coordinate trademark filings, but registration is decided by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee that a trademark will be accepted or registered, or that a search will reveal every conflict.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide the services and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics and trademarks are owned by Chinteng or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Materials we prepare for you become yours once fees are paid, except for our internal templates and know-how.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party or government decisions, your use of general website information, or your failure to provide accurate information. Our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to its terms. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work already performed and for any non-cancellable third-party costs.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and our services are governed by the law agreed in your engagement letter. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
